Certified / notarised translation (certified / notary translator):

Certified (notarized) translation is a translation verified by notary.
When you need a certified (notarized) translation, You can contact me: I will translate Your document, sign it myself, verify it at a notary office, give You the document back with a notary verified translation, notary record, lacing, notary signature and stamp.

YOU HAVE TO KNOW

My working languages:
  • Russian
  • English
  • German
  • Belarusian
I - an independent certified (notary) translator - do certified (notarized) translation of the following document types:
  • Educational certificates, diplomas, diploma transcripts, extracts from student achievement sheets, employment history, driving license, birth certificates, marriage certificates, death certificates, parents' consent for kids to go abroad, a power of attorney, references, certificates, military ID, retirement ID, correspondence, personal profile
  • Other documents: to be negotiated

Notary or notary office collect fees for:

  1. TRANSLATOR SIGNATURE VERIFICATION
    • 0.5 base unit (b.u.) - translator (my) signature authentication
  2. DOCUMENT(S) AUTHENTICATION
    • 0.4 base unit (b.u.) - authenticating two-page opening of a document copy
    • 1 base unit (b.u.) - authenticating several two-page openings of a document copy
  3. Notary fees may change with time

With no queue at a notary office the procedure takes approximately 1 hour: depending on the quantity of your documents it may take longer.

YOU HAVE TO DECIDE

  1. How many documents You need to have translated:
    • one document

  2. To what the notary will be sewing notarized translation (i.e. what documents the notary will be verifying):
    • the document copy (a copy is a notarized copy = the document copy with a notary endorsement, notations, signature and seal): a notary charges a fee for notarizing (certifying) a copy depending on the document size
    • to the original document: the notary will sew the translation using thread directly to the document, i.e. Your document will be pierced with a needle, then the notarized translation (or certified translation) will be sewn to the document.
  3. Within what time would You like to get the finished notarized translation (certified translation):
    • «today in - today out»: it is necessary to hand in the document to me for translation before 10 a.m.
    • «today in - today out»: define the precise time tomorrow at which You would like to get the notarized translation (certified translation)
    • «today in - a specified date out»:
      • when do You need to hand in the finished translation to an interested organization?
      • what is the earliest time and date You can hand in to me the text for translation
